2. Your blood test report

We need the full laboratory report, not typed numbers. Take a clear photo of each page, or upload the PDF. Every page must show the laboratory name, the date and the reference ranges. Most reports print the full blood count and the iron results on different pages, which is why there are two upload boxes below. We cannot review an assessment without both.
