Kelly is very informative and professional excellent service

The room was relaxing, the massage was amazing & all the staff were very friendly, I will definitely be going back.

Charlene always has new ideas and suggestions as to how I have my nails, and as she is the expert I always take her advise and everyone comments on how lovely they look. Just perfect :)

On arrival we were offered refreshments. I then had a facial and my mother had a back massage. Both ladies treated us very well and were excellent in what they do. Would highly recommend them.

I booked my Nan a back massage and she absolutely loved it! Said it was the best massage she’d ever had.

My spray tan did not last a day the spray gun was leaking I went on holiday all patches very disappointed, when I came back from holiday I phoned too say but basically told not you’re problem so totally wasted my money glad it wasn’t full price and won’t be using you again

Alex was very good with me when I had my Cacii facial yesterday. She explained what each section of the treatment was, and asked at every stage was I comfortable with it. Will definitely book again.
