I had a wonderful Full Swedish Body Massage, followed by Indian Head Massage with Holly. Holly was absolutely brilliant - checking how the pressure was and updating me on elements of the treatment when necessary. We talked a little, but the silences were comfortable. This was a birthday treat to myself and it was absolutely lovely. I yawned all the way home, and relaxed for the rest of the day. I really recommend Bodilight and Holly for massage.

Sarah provides exceptional manual lymphatic drainage massages and wood therapy treatments. She is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and easy to talk to, and she immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I always leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and truly well cared for. Highly recommend.
