Sam very welcoming and professional - this was a new treatment for me, taking the time to explain the process for every step of the treatment and what do expect including aftercare - excellent knowledge and training - highly recommend.

Great treatment

All the staff make you feel like you're just popping in to catch up with a friend whilst at the same time professional and courteous. Laura and Doina especially but, to be fair, all the team appear to work well and care about each other which creates a lovely atmosphere for their clients.

Explained in detail. ... I left feeling positive to book a package plan, looking forward to my treatment. ..

Professional and friendly.

As soon as I walked through the door the girls were asking how I was and remembered things from my last visit and was asking about it which makes me happy as they have listened to me .

Always very good treatments. My environ treatment was carried out by Doina professionally done with care.

Sam is so lovely , she always does a great job on my brows.

I have provided feedback directly, but I was disappointed that despite booking with a particular therapist 4 months in advance, arriving at my appointment my therapist had been allocated to another client.
