My first visit and I felt very welcomed, I am inlove with my lashes and already looking at other treatments on offer

Great morning of pre holiday treatment with the lovely Sarah.

After not feeling overly satisfied from my first visit, i got a call to rectify this and was treated with compassion and care. It was nice to see that they cared about my experience and wanted to make it better. I am now very happy with my nails.

The lady who did my Deluxe pedicure was lovely, but i didn't feel this was value for money. I wasn't told to bring flip flops and so as i had boots on i couldn't have my nails painted as she said my nails wouldn't dry. The pedicure felt like a standard pedicure and not a deluxe and so i was a little annoyed that it was only 20% off when i could've had the normal pedi for 50% off and i wouldn't have minded not having my nails painted for that price. All in all i felt a little robbed, although Laura was lovely.

Brilliant as always! You can't really fault anything they do, these lovely ladies are a joy to speak with! Claire was amazing as always, thorough and efficient.

I hope Sarah is feeling better. Even though Sarah was full of cold she was still upbeat and cheerful. Love my colour combination, thank you Sarah.

I have always been happy having treatments at Bodilight as and when I want to treat myself. Having treatments with Kelly especially, I have seen the most difference in my skin afterwards.

Usual high standards

I had a bikini wax, full clearance with Sarah. She was so lovely, friendly, professional and discreet. She took her time, didn’t rush and made sure that I was completely happy with the results. I would highly recommend.
