I booked an appointment with a therapist who always does my lashes. I keep coming to bodylight because i love what she does. Due to her tight availability, i take an appointment on a Thursday in the middle of meetings - but that was the only time she could make, only to come to your practice, wait for her to finish with another customer then be given to another therapist who made a mess of my lashes. My lash felt and still feels stiff, i can see the white glue and after the treatment yesterday, i came back to your practice for the receptionist to take photos of it - the glue was literally sticking my lids to my lashes - very tacky and not the standard from any therapist in Bodilight. I am still waiting for the call to come in for it to be corrected but i am one very disappointed and surprised customer.
