A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note that when you book a treatment, the appointment time is reserved specifically for your chosen service. If you choose to reduce, change, or remove part of your treatment on the day of your appointment, you will still be charged the full value of the original service booked. If you fail to attend your appointment or provide less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance on 01908 395031 between Monday -Friday 9am until 7pm and Saturday 9am until 4pm.
